Set up 2.5 GbE Migration Network

  1. Connect the 2.5 GB USB adapter to the Proxmox node
  2. Identify which adapter it is in the Network settings
  3. Assign an IP address from a completely separate network/subnet
  4. 10.0.0.10/24, 10.0.0.11/24, etc.
  5. Do the same on the other node
  6. In Datacenter settings, under Options, find the Migration section and set the newly-created network as the default for migrations
  7. Test for results
