Recommended read by the speaker, but the concept of a habit being formed by a Cue → Routine → Reward cycle
He said that Microsoft is trying to minimize the distance & time between cue and reward with Copilot and its AI initiatives

Other Notes
Data safety is a key concern with AI and agents
Many managers/companies are OK with employee A creating and using an agent for their purposes, but don’t want them to be able to “share” it and for employee B and C to be able to use it as well
Currently there is no way to allow creation of agents but disallow sharing within the company/organization/tenant
People compare Copilot to other AI services/products like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. and say that Copilot is worse
Copilot is playing by a different set of rules than other services/products to maximize data integrity, minimize hallucination, keep things “professional” etc. where the competition may not have to do that
